(Our Prayers): A Bilingual Kurdish-Arabic Application for Accurate Prayer Times and Azan in Key Iraqi Cities
This presentation introduces "Nawajman," a newly developed software program designed to provide precise prayer times and the Islamic call to prayer (Azan) for the major cities of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, including Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Kirkuk, Duhok, and Nineveh.
Developed in both Kurdish and Arabic languages, the application serves as a comprehensive digital tool for Muslims to effortlessly track daily prayer schedules. A key feature of the program is its inclusion of multiple Muezzins (Azan reciters), offering users a choice of voices for their prayer time notifications.
